Three interactive public installations I created with David Wicks for Domani Studios for the Dumbo Arts Festival on September 28th and 29th, 2007 in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
We built a physics-reactive "ball-pit", where participants could kick, shove, head, or basically do anything to knock colorful doughnuts around,
a particle/rain piece where colors of rain fell and could be collected or mixed by participants,
and a generative version of space invaders, where the ship was controlled by running back and forth, and players could fire by jumping into the air.
The space invaders themselves were generated with code, so that they're appearance was different every time.
This video was put together by Domani Studios. |
